Colegio Vizcaya, Prize Winner 2006 of the European Quality Award in 'Continuous Learning, Innovation and Improvement'
Lauxeta Ikastola and Gaiker Technology Center, Finalists 2006 of the European Quality Award
Basque Country strengthens its leadership in the European Quality Award.
The European Foundation for Quality Management, EFQM, has recognized three Basque organizations, Colegio Vizcaya, Lauxeta Ikastola and Gaiker Technology Center at the European Quality Award, EQA.
These awards recognize the most advanced European organizations with the best results in the field of management.
- Colegio Vizcaya achieved the Silver Q in 2003.
- Lauaxeta Ikastola achieved the Silver Q in 2001, the Gold Q - Basque Quality Award in 2003 and was Finalist at the EQA in 2004.
- Gaiker Technology Center achieved the Silver Q in 2002 and the Gold Q - Basque Quality Award in 2004.
These results consolidate the Basque Country as the most advanced European region in the field of management, as the results of the last seven years show.
