EUSKALIT es miembro del Comité de Dirección del Premio Quality Innovation Award (QIA) y en la fase local contamos con la colaboración de Unibasq e Innobasque. El QIA Se trata de una competición creada en 2007 por Excellence Finland para estimular el surgimiento y desarrollo de innovaciones de producto, de proceso, organizativas, etc. Desde entonces, han ido incorporándose al Comité organizador entidades de promoción de la Calidad, Excelencia e Innovación de otros países, como Finlandia, Estonia, Hungría, Israel, Kazajistán, Lituania, Letonia, República Checa, Suecia, China, Rusia y España, a través de EUSKALIT y CEX. El objetivo común de todos los miembros es ayudar a incrementar la competitividad de las organizaciones y de los países participantes.

ENTREGA DEL PREMIO QUALITY INNOVATION AWARD 2017 EN BILBAO

Bilbao ha sido escogida como sede para la entrega del Premio Quality Innovation Award 2017, que tendrá lugar el 8 de febrero del año próximo.

Durante la jornada de celebración contaremos con conferencias, stands con exposición de las innovaciones de las entidades finalistas, así como una ceremonia de entrega de premios y una cena de gala, en la que se espera la asistencia del personal diplomático de las embajadas de los distintos países participantes. El 7 de febrero habrá una recepción de las entidades finalistas.

Dos páginas de explicación de la innovación en relación a las 5 características anteriores y un máximo de 5 páginas de anexos.

Es una innovación que responde a estas 5 características:

  • Novedad: Es un producto, un servicio, una solución tecnológica, un cambio organizativo...que satisface y excede las necesidades de los clientes, o de la sociedad o del medio ambiente de un modo novedoso o significativamente revisado.
  • Utilidad: Ha sido implementada y presenta argumentos sólidos de cómo se aplica en la realidad esa innovación. Es una innovación práctica y útil para alcanzar los beneficios deseados.
  • Aprendizaje: Está basada en una nueva idea o descubrimiento, sobre la base de un conocimiento existente o ha surgido como fruto de un proceso de desarrollo sistemático.
  • Orientación al cliente: Da respuesta, satisface o excede necesidades actuales y/o futuras de los clientes y/o otros grupos de interés.
  • Efectividad: Presenta resultados e indicadores del éxito de esa innovación en los clientes, en las personas, en la sociedad o en el medio ambiente.

Competición anual que busca ayudar a las empresas innovadoras a:

  • Obtener una evaluación profesional e independiente sobre sus innovaciones.
  • Comparar sus innovaciones y aprender de otras a nivel nacional e internacional.
  • Incrementar la visibilidad y el reconocimiento internacional de sus innovaciones.
  • Impulsar la cultura innovadora en la organización.
  • Participar en una competición ágil, dinámica y sencilla.

Existen 8 categorías:

Innovación en empresa (Microempresas & startups)facturación menor a 2 millones ¤ y menos de 10 personas
Innovación en empresa (Pymes)facturación menor a 50 millones ¤ y menos de 250 personas
Innovación en empresa (Gran empresa)facturación superior a 50 millones ¤ y/o más de 250 personas

Innovación PotencialPara planteamientos de innovación que aún no se han llevado a la práctica o no tienen resultados

Consta de una fase local y otra internacional:

  • Evaluadores: (analizan la documentación y seleccionan entre 0-3 innovaciones más destacadas en cada categoría en función de las 5 características que se evalúan, emitiendo un informe de Puntos fuertes y Áreas de mejora).
  • Expertos: Emiten un dictamen valorando el grado de innovación de cada una de las 3 seleccionadas.
  • Jurado: Teniendo en cuenta el informe de los evaluadores y el dictamen de los expertos, eligen la Innovación ganadora en cada categoría (pudiendo quedar desierto el premio en alguna de las categorías).
  • Las innovaciones ganadoras en cada categoría pasan a la fase internacional, donde un jurado internacional elige los ganadores del Quality Innovation Award.

*NOTA: En este caso, la documentación a presentar deberá ser traducida al Inglés (idioma oficial de la Competición a nivel internacional). Dicha traducción correrá a cargo de la organización participante.
